JuiceBar is no longer in business. If you own JuiceBar chargers and you're wondering what happens now, the short answer is: we've got you. G9EV has taken over all support, parts, and service for JuiceBar units. Here's the part most people don't realize — the JuiceBar chargers were always built by Gyre9 in Southbury, Connecticut. That's our facility. Our people assembled your charger. So when you call us, you're talking to the team that actually built the thing.
Your JuiceBar Hardware Isn't Going Anywhere
The G9EV Legacy charger and the JuiceBar Gen 3 are the same unit. Same electronics, same enclosure, same cable management system, same assembly line. The brand name changed, but the hardware didn't. If your JuiceBar is working fine today, it will keep working fine. And if something breaks, we have the parts because we're the ones who made them.
What We Can Do for JuiceBar Owners
We handle everything JuiceBar used to handle and then some. That includes replacement parts and components for all JuiceBar Gen 3 models (32A, 40A, 48A, and 80A), warranty service for units still under coverage, phone and email tech support from the engineers who designed the product, on-site service through our nationwide network of certified field service providers, help migrating off the activateEV network if you need a new platform, and full unit replacements if your charger is beyond repair. Our Legacy unit is the same charger with the same mounting points and wiring, so swapping one in is straightforward.
Network Options
If you need to move your chargers to a new management platform, we currently support Evoke, AmpUp, RedE, Wevo, EVConnect, and ChargEye. All G9EV and former JuiceBar chargers run OCPP 1.6J, which means you're not locked into any single provider. Pick the network that makes sense for your operation.
Ready to Upgrade?
Some JuiceBar units have been in the field for years. If yours are showing their age or you just want something newer, the G9EV Firefly is the next step. It uses the same proven electronics and cable retractor system in a smaller, cleaner enclosure. Same power levels, same mounting options, and you can get it with your company's branding on it. We also offer a 30kW DC fast charger if you're looking to add Level 3 capability to your site.
